We are the Dispatch Center for:
Employee transportation for companies as a complement to public transport and related services with operations throughout the Czech Republic .
- Public transport in smaller cities, or night services in larger ones, where regular lines are ineffective;
- Public transport in the countryside ;
- school buses in rural areas and around cities where regular buses are ineffective;
- taxi collection - collection of requests for taxi services
- transport of the physically disabled and less mobile
Individuals are also welcome in the serviced areas , who can use on-demand transport for a share of the costs by agreement.
THE DISPATCH OFFICE IS THE INTERMEDIARY BETWEEN THE ORDERER AND THE CARRIER.
The dispatching department helps to balance the requirements of various departments of the client (e.g. production, personnel, economic or control departments) as well as carriers and passengers.
We have been engaged in employee transportation since 2001, and in our current form of operation since 2003 .
Dispatch today

Financial savings through optimization

Financial savings are certainly not the only benefit of the Dispatch Center - in addition to savings, the Dispatch Center also provides:
- making plants accessible to employees who do not have convenient public transport and regular collection would be expensive
- control of transport costs thanks to monthly evaluation and priority solutions for the transport of "expensive passengers" - example here .
- negotiating with public transport operators to adapt public transport to the needs of employees (compare the original public transport timetable for the Čenkov plant Probo (.xls) and Comvia until 2004 with the new timetable from 2005 Probo , where there are connections for almost all times and shifts (five-shift 12-hour operation, three-shift 8-hour operation, administration) including weekends (also thanks to the accommodating approach of Probo Trans).)
- coordination of documents and mediation of applications for transport subsidies from employment offices
History of the control room
- Since 2001, we have been proposing various partial optimization measures for the contractual transport of the industrial plant Kostal CR spol. s ro to the existing line carrier.
- The transport dispatching office was established in August 2003 due to the disproportionately increasing costs of employee transport in connection with the expansion of Kostal's businesses in the Czech Republic and the unwillingness or inability of the carrier to apply the recommended measures. The original goal was to verify the effectiveness of the costs incurred once and for all. We not only brought the costs under control (stopped the increase), but even significantly reduced them, without significantly reducing the quality and service area of transport, which is why we built a dispatching office and took over the organization from the carrier.
- Since 2004 , the Dispatch Center has controlled transport to the extent that it can order all transport services only based on travel requests and outside of concurrency with public transport .
- As part of the process of becoming independent, the subjectivity of the Dispatching Office was transferred from 1 January 2005 to an independent company - a natural person, and from 1 April 2005 to the legal entity Dispečink hlomudné dopravy, sro , which was the target state. In connection with these changes, there were no fundamental changes in the activities or personnel.
- From December 1, 2007, we moved outside the company while maintaining the functionality of the dispatch center.
- In 2008, we organized about a year for the Cooper Standard company in Žďár nad Sázavou.
- 2013-2019 we expanded regular service to the plant in Trubín (about 10km from the Zdice plant)
- 2016-2019 we added service to the Kostal workshop in Cerhovice (about 15km from the Zdice plant)
- Since 2019, we have been conducting monthly corporate transport analyses at Kostal's new plant in Pazardzik, Bulgaria.
- 2020 the main customer Kostal CR from Zdice has finally moved to Bulgaria and the company Hronovský is moving to the Zdice plant with about 1/3 of its employees. For this reason, we have dismissed the dispatcher and limited some lines to maintain the economy of transport. In the Čenkov plant we transport for Kostal Kontakt Systeme
We prepared one-time optimizations of contract transport for
- the northeastern part of the Central Bohemian Region for Škoda Auto,
- around Jindřichův Hradec in South Bohemia for Huperz CZ.
Liner vs. Demand Responsive Transport

Motto: "Since the invention of the car, the energy consumption to transport a person from A to B has been increasing permanently. But this cannot work for the ever-growing population of the earth."
